HVAC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL & ROOFING

Answer every lead, even when your team is on a job.

We automate the follow-up that slips when your techs are on a roof or under a sink: missed calls, open quotes, reminders and reviews, all connected to the field software you already run.

THE PROBLEM

Where the time goes

  • Missed calls go to competitors

When nobody picks up, the customer calls the next company on the list.

  • After-hours leads wait until morning

Evening and weekend enquiries sit unanswered.

  • Quotes go quiet

Estimates go out, then nobody follows up.

  • “When will the tech arrive?” calls

Customers ring the office because they don’t know what’s happening.

WORKFLOWS

Workflows we build for home service businesses

Each one starts from a clear trigger and ends in a visible outcome, on the tools you already use.

  • Missed-call text-back

    Trigger
    A call goes unanswered
    Outcome

    • ServiceTitan/Jobber/Housecall Pro
  • After-hours capture & booking

    Trigger
A call or form arrives after hours
    Outcome

    • Twilio
    • Google Business Profile
    • Field software
  • Quote follow-up

    Trigger
An estimate is sent but not approved

    • Field software
    • Email/SMS
  • Reminders & on-my-way updates

    Trigger
A job is scheduled or a tech is dispatched
    Outcome

    • Field software
    • Twilio
  • Review requests

    Trigger
    A job is marked complete
    Outcome
Every customer is asked for a Google review the same way; replies that mention a problem are flagged to the owner

HOW WE WORK

Audit. Build. Run.

One workflow at a time, with a fixed quote before any work starts.

  1. 01

    Audit

A free 30-minute workflow review. We map one handoff, find where it stalls, and send a written plan with a fixed quote within 48 hours.

  2. 02

    Build

We build one production workflow on your existing tools, test it against real edge cases, and document how it works.

  3. 03

    Run

We monitor it, fix what breaks, and make small improvements as your process changes.

  • Your tools stay

No platform migration; we connect what you already use.

  • You own everything

Accounts, workflows and documentation stay in your name.

  • Humans make the decisions

Candidate and client decisions stay with your team.

  • Failure alerts

If a step fails, the right person hears about it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about automation for home services

Will this replace ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro?

No. We connect to the platform you use and fill the gaps around it.

Can missed calls really get an automatic text back?

Yes, when your phone numbers run through a provider that supports it, such as Twilio, or through a field platform with call tracking. We check this during the review.

Do automated texts follow messaging rules?

Business texting has consent and registration requirements (in the US, for example, A2P 10DLC registration). We set workflows up to work within those rules and your provider’s requirements.

What happens with emergencies after hours?

Urgent requests go to whoever is on call, under rules you set. Automation captures the details; a person decides.
